As the rainy season approaches, rainfall is gradually increasing, leading to higher air humidity. Elevated humidity levels can adversely affect hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, such as causing white rust or black spots. To minimize or prevent moisture-related impacts on the appearance and quality of our steel pipe products, we kindly remind you of the following precautions:

1. During Transportation: If encountering overcast or rainy weather, please cover the steel pipes with tarpaulins to prevent rain exposure. In case of unexpected rainfall causing the pipes to get wet, immediately unpack and air-dry them upon unloading to ensure complete evaporation of moisture within the bundles.

2. Storage Indoors: Place the pipes on wooden sleepers to maintain adequate clearance from the ground, preventing moisture absorption or corrosion at the base. Ensure proper ventilation and keep a reasonable distance from walls.

3. Storage Outdoors: Cover the pipes with tarpaulins or take other rainproof measures. If the pipes are exposed to rain or water immersion, promptly unpack, air-dry, and turn them over to ensure thorough drying of both interior and exterior surfaces, avoiding white rust and black spots.

4. Weather Monitoring: Stay updated on weather forecasts and take timely action. In case of impending rain, cover the pipes to prevent exposure.
